(October 10, 2008) Finally, something new and exciting! Menaul Fine Art of Clearwater, FL offers an unusual and exciting collection of abstract contemporary art that is becoming increasingly popular with interior designers and art consultants across the country.

“The reason for our popularity is that the company is ‘designer friendly,’” says Scott Menaul, the artist and owner of the firm.  “We can customize our artwork to match color schemes, needed sizes and proportions. Designers send us fabric swatches, paint numbers, jpeg images, etc. We can match the colors in the artwork to the color scheme of the décor making the ordeal of finding the ‘right’ artwork a breeze.”

The way that Menaul creates his artwork, permits great flexibility for customization and application. “One of the newer trends is to offer a collection of artwork as a complete package,” says Menaul. “For a hotel, for example, we can create artwork for not only the lobby, the rooms and signage, but we can also license the artwork for use on things like uniforms, shower curtains, napkins, or other uses that unify the look and feel of the property.”

Designers and art consultants review the artwork on the company’s website. They pick the styles they like and then can call with the specifics: specifying color palettes and sizes. Menaul will then create the new custom piece and post it on a private web page for review. Upon approval, a color accurate paper proof is then sent for final approval before committing the artwork to production—as a limited edition canvas giclee, signed and numbered by the artist or as an open edition on paper ready for framing.

Another benefit of working with Menaul is that designers can send Menaul a digital photo or rendering of the space needing artwork. He can digitally place the artwork on the wall to see how it will look before it is produced.
